On March 28, Pueblo senior Ailyn Gamez was awarded the Victoria Teresa Arias Memorial Foundation’s “La Nueva Estrella” Scholarship! This year, four exceptional high school seniors were awarded $40,000 scholarships. Ailyn is part of the Pueblo College Preparatory Academy, which prepared her with rigorous, AP, college credit classes, and skills to apply in the medical field. We're thrilled to support Ailyn's bright future and empower her through this incredible opportunity for higher education.

On January 17, Mariachi Aztlan de Pueblo High School performed a concert for the residents of Rincon West 55+ community. Residents look forward to the school’s performance every year and the 450-person auditorium is always filled to capacity. This year’s performance also included a special birthday tribute to Hal who was celebrating his 101^st birthday that evening.
