Shamond Hoskins serves as the MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) Facilitator and Head Baseball Coach at Pueblo. Now in his third year at the school, he takes great pride in building relationships with students, the community, and his colleagues, who have made him feel at home.

Hoskins’ baseball journey began in Mississippi, where he played at Holmes Community College. His passion for the sport eventually led him into coaching, and this marks his second head coaching position.

Before entering the education and coaching field, Hoskins served in the United States Air Force as an active-duty Security Forces member. Stationed in Arizona, he later attended the University of Arizona and decided to plant roots in the community.

Balancing his roles as an MTSS Facilitator and baseball coach, Hoskins finds value in mentoring students academically, athletically, and personally. He emphasizes the importance of discipline, behavior, attendance, and academics, helping students understand how these elements translate to success on and off the field.

Outside of school, Hoskins is a devoted family man. A newlywed, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is also active in his church, leading the teen ministry at Mount Calvary on the second and fourth Sundays.

A fun fact about Mr. Hoskins? He has a surprising fear of frogs!

Through his dedication to education, athletics, and community service, Shamond Hoskins continues to make a lasting impact on the students and families at Pueblo.

Adalberto Rodriguez has been a dedicated member of the Pueblo High School community for 30 years, serving as the school's media specialist. In this role, he is responsible for promoting all the great things happening at Pueblo through print, digital, and social media. His work ensures that the achievements of students, staff, and the school as a whole receive the recognition they deserve.

Beyond media, Rodriguez is deeply involved in supporting various school events. Whether setting up for fine arts shows, spirit assemblies organized by the student council, or other major gatherings, he always has a hand in making Pueblo's events a success. His passion for the school is evident in everything he does.

When asked about his favorite part of the job, Rodriguez points to the interactions with students. Over the years, he has witnessed countless Pueblo graduates go on to accomplish great things. Seeing alumni return and give back to the community is what makes his job truly rewarding.
